Instrainee Education Foundation

Mr. Vinay is a dedicated Mechanical Engineer associated with Instrainee Education Foundation, known for his strong practical knowledge and enthusiasm for applying engineering concepts in real-world scenarios. He emphasizes learning through hands-on experience and has a natural ability to simplify technical topics for better understanding.
Widely appreciated for his friendly and encouraging approach, he creates a supportive learning atmosphere that motivates students to engage actively and ask questions freely. Mr. Vinay remains focused on guiding students, enhancing their technical skills, and equipping them with industry-relevant competencies for successful careers in mechanical engineering.
The primary objective of the CAD Workshop was to equip ITI students with hands-on experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD). The workshop focused on strengthening students’ drafting and design capabilities while familiarizing them with the application of CAD software in mechanical and manufacturing industries. The initiative aimed to enhance technical proficiency and improve students’ employability and industry readiness.
Skill Book Skill Development Centre, a unit of Instrainee Education Foundation, successfully conducted a CAD Workshop on 6 February 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The workshop was attended by 24 students from ITI Narela, Delhi, belonging to the Fitter (Mechanical) trade.
The session was coordinated by Ms. Muskan Singh from Skill Book Skill Development Centre and was mentored by Mr. Vinay, Mechanical Engineer at Skill Book, who served as the resource person for the workshop. The program focused on providing hands-on training in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) with an emphasis on mechanical drawings and industry-relevant practices.
Through practical demonstrations and guided exercises, students learned how to create, interpret, and read mechanical drawings, and gained exposure to 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and basic assembly design. The mentor also shared valuable industry insights, helping students understand real-world applications of CAD in the mechanical and manufacturing sectors.
The workshop enhanced students’ technical understanding, improved their design skills, and provided meaningful industry exposure, contributing positively to their overall job readiness.
The CAD Workshop had a positive and measurable impact on the participating students. The hands-on approach helped learners gain clarity on fundamental concepts of mechanical drafting and design, while improving their ability to understand and create 2D and 3D CAD drawings. Students developed greater confidence in interpreting mechanical drawings and assembling components, which strengthened their practical and technical competence.
Industry-oriented guidance provided by the mentor offered valuable exposure to real-world applications of CAD in the mechanical and manufacturing sectors. This interaction helped students better understand workplace expectations and enhanced their awareness of industry standards, thereby improving their overall job readiness.
Feedback from the participants was highly encouraging. Students appreciated the practical learning environment, clear explanations, and supportive mentoring. Many expressed that the workshop helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application and showed strong interest in attending advanced CAD training programs in the future.
