About the Role

An Interior Designer Intern assists the design team in planning, designing, and executing interior spaces. The intern gains hands-on experience in design development, drawings, material selection, and site coordination while working under senior designers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in creating space planning and layout designs

• Prepare 2D drawings (floor plans, furniture layouts) using AutoCAD

• Support in developing 3D models & basic renderings (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion)

• Help in material, color, and furniture selection

• Assist in preparing mood boards and design presentations

• Take site measurements and support site visits

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers

• Support in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and basic costing

• Maintain design files, drawings, and project documentation

• Follow design standards, timelines, and client requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

12th pass and Knowledge of Interior/Civil/ Architechture qualification and Softwares 

Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of Interior Design concepts

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (preferred)

• Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture

• Ability to read basic architectural drawings
